Betika Midweek Jackpot explained

Fifteen games, a KES 15 stake and a set KES 15 million prize. Cheap to play, hard to win outright, and the bonus tiers are where most of the real chances lie.

This week's games appear here as soon as Betika's next card is out, with our chance of every result and a pick for each game.

Check the current card: On 17 October 2026 Betika's site listed the Midweek Jackpot as not available, with the Must Be Won Jackpot running instead. Most sources describe the Midweek Jackpot as 15 games at KES 15 a line with a KES 15 million prize, but at least one recent guide describes a different format. When it returns, confirm the card on Betika's site or app before you play.

How the Betika Midweek Jackpot works

Betika picks 15 matches each week. You predict home win, draw or away win for every game, at KES 15 a line. Get all 15 right and you share the KES 15 million prize equally with any other winners. Get 12, 13 or 14 right and you share that tier's bonus, which depends on how many people land it.

Unlike a rolling jackpot, the top prize here doesn't grow when nobody wins. That makes the arithmetic simple: the prize is the same every week, so the only thing that changes your expected share is how many other people hit it. Busy weeks with obvious favourites produce more winners and smaller shares.

Your real chances

Jackpot games are chosen to be close, so even good picks miss often. The table works out your chances exactly for different levels of skill. Read across the 50% row: that's someone whose every pick is a coin flip between the two likeliest results, which is already better than most players.

Your picks are right…All 15 right12+ right (any prize)

The chance of each prize tier

The chance of finishing on exactly each number of correct picks. Most of the realistic money is in the lower tiers, which is why the bonuses matter more than the headline prize.

What doubles and triples cost

Every double doubles the number of lines and every triple triples it. Here is what each ticket costs at KES 15 a line, and how much it improves your chance.

How to approach the Betika Midweek Jackpot

The low stake is the attraction, not the odds. At KES 15 a line, 15 games still means 1 in 32,768 for a perfect card even at 50% per pick. Plan for bonuses and treat the full prize as a bonus on top.

Use all five doubles carefully. Five doubles cost KES 480 for 32 lines. On a 15-game card, the best five doubles are the five games whose favourite is weakest. Check each one on our predictions pages, where every match shows home, draw and away chances.

Don't double favourites. If one team has a 70% chance, a double adds little and costs as much as any other double. Save doubles for games where two results are close.

Think about shares. Because the prize is set, ten winners in one week means KES 1.5 million each. Picks that differ from the crowd on genuinely close games are what give you a bigger share when they come in.

Rules worth knowing

  • 15 games, one result each (or two with a double). Bets can't be cancelled or changed once placed.
  • Double chance on up to 5 games. The cost is 2 to the power of the number of doubles, times KES 15.
  • Bonuses for 12, 13 and 14 correct. Amounts depend on the number of winners; nothing is paid below 12.
  • Postponed or cancelled matches. Reports disagree on how they're settled (a draw for the result, or a cancelled jackpot if several games are lost), so read the current terms before you play.
  • Tax. Kenyan winnings tax is deducted before payout.

Rules last checked on 16 October 2026. Operators change formats, prices and prize tiers, so confirm the current terms on the operator's own site or app before you play. TodaysPrediction is not affiliated with Betika.
