Our banker is the single match result we rate most likely to happen today, picked from every fixture we cover. It is our strongest call, not a guaranteed one.
Super single
A super single is one pick with a better price than the banker: the strongest selection of the day with fair odds between about 1.40 and 2.00.
2 odds and 3 odds slips
These combine our safest picks into one slip worth roughly 2.00 or 3.00 in total. We add the strongest picks one at a time until the slip reaches its target.
Every leg lowers the chance
This is the most important thing to understand about accumulators. If two picks each have an 80% chance, the chance that both land is 80% × 80% = 64%. Add a third 80% pick and it falls to about 51%. That is why every slip on our specials pages shows the chance all land next to the total odds.
Bigger slips look attractive because the payout grows quickly, but the chance of winning falls just as fast.
